T&T Co. has laid down a solid framework for managing conflicting interests. All employees, contractors, suppliers, and other third-party members involved in footwear manufacturing in India and beyond follow this comprehensive framework to steer clear of any conflicts of interest–both legally and ethically. We draw a firm line against anyone leveraging their connection to us for personal gain or to secure benefits for their family members. We strictly prohibit all illicit practices, including offering/accepting any illegitimate benefits, be it financial or otherwise, as well as any other unethical practices across the entire women's shoe supply chain in India and the world.

As a value-driven women's footwear manufacturer, we don't hesitate to take strong disciplinary actions against anyone indulging in offering and/or accepting inappropriate financial benefits and other gains.

Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and Invention Assignment Agreements, while our suppliers have to abide by similar clauses in their Supplier Agreements. This way, we ensure a fashion footwear ecosystem where sensitive information is protected with the highest confidentiality standards.

At T&T Co., our responsibilities don’t stop at the office door–they extend across the entire women's shoe supply chain in India and worldwide. Hence, we are committed to partnering only with suppliers who champion human rights as passionately as we do.
For this, our rock-solid supply chain management policies come in handy. We stand against the use of forced or child labour in any form–it is a red line we refuse to cross.
T&T Co. practices Responsible Sourcing, which means that if any women's shoe raw material supplier in India or elsewhere is caught violating these principles, they will face swift termination–no second chances. We also actively train our employees, third-party contractors, vendors, and suppliers on identifying and avoiding any risks of forced or child labour.
